On Thursday, May 9th, Tecumseh Commons in the Historic Tecumseh Theater is happy to welcome Mike Boley. Mike Boley is a lifetime resident of Perry county and longtime supporter of the Tecumseh Theater. He, along with others, played the first concert to support the theater. Mike is a guitarist with a songbook that captures music from the 70s through today. His folk-rock sound includes the music the Eagles, Doobie Brothers and Jimmy Buffet, just to name a few. Aside from his musical talent, Mike is the art teacher at new Lexington high school.He has played at several concerts at Tecumseh Theater and at the Second Saturdays held in Shawnee.
Doors open at 6:30PM and the show starts at 7:30PM. Tickets are $10 in advance at Hannah Brothers Furniture in Shawnee, Dodson’s On Broadway in New Lexington, Insea Sound Shop in Nelsonville, or online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/an-evening-with-mike-boley-tickets-60597712389. Tickets will be $15 at the door while space allows. Snacks and cold beverages, including beer, will be available. Hope to see you there!

Tecumseh Commons, the first floor space in the Historic Tecumseh Theater building, is available for Private Events Rentals. Two rooms, each approximately 1875 sq. ft. (75ft. x 25 ft.) are popular for everything from business meetings to bridal showers.
